Before the day, you'll choose 3–4 key topics you'd like us to cover and I'll design the day around those. Depending on what you choose, I can arrange suitable models so you can see consultations, skin assessment, treatment planning and treatments carried out in real time.
You're also more than welcome to bring case studies of clients you're currently struggling with, so we can work through them together and look at what may be missing, what I would prioritise, how I'd structure the client journey and how I'd communicate the plan back to the client.
There's plenty of time throughout to ask questions, talk through the reasoning behind what I'm doing and really get into the areas you want more confidence in. The whole day is tailored to you, so the aim is for you to leave feeling like you've genuinely filled some of the gaps you've been struggling with, rather than just observing treatments.
